Your home, treated like one
- Trust inside the home. One owner-operated team, not a rotating crew. Shoes, pads and corner guards as standard.
- Work around your arrivals. Visits scheduled to land before you fly in or after you leave.
- Materials protected. Wool, silk, linen and natural stone each get a method chosen for them, not a single setting for the whole house.
- A real guarantee. If you are not in love with it, we come back or the service is on us.
Visit minimum: $495. The minimum is the lowest total for a visit, not the price of the job. Final cost depends on the rooms, pieces and condition we find.
Property managers
Turnovers that hold the schedule
- The lower minimum. Managed properties book at $295 per visit.
- Vacancy windows respected. Tell us when the property is empty and we work inside it.
- Rental programs understood. Short-term turnovers get fast-dry work so the next guest is not walking on damp carpet.
- Multiple properties routed together. Send them through at once and we will build one route, not four separate trips.

Realtors
Listings and closings, timed right
- Timed after the trades. Cleaning goes in after the other work and the housekeeping, never before, so it does not get undone.
- Dry before the walkthrough. We leave enough drying time that nobody is standing on damp carpet at the final walkthrough.
- Photo-ready. Traffic lanes, stairs and entries are where a camera looks first, and where a tired carpet shows.
- A written scope. Something you can hand to a seller or put against a closing credit.
