Deep-fiber extraction for wool, nylon and blended carpet in primary homes, second homes and rentals from Vail to Eagle.
Carpet cleaning
How we approach it
Carpet in a mountain home collects more than people expect. Fine dust from dry trails, grit and de-icer from winter boots, ash from the fireplace and the wear of a house full of guests all settle deep in the pile, well below where a vacuum reaches.
Our Deep-Fiber Luxury Care is built for that. We inspect first, pre-spray with an eco-friendly solution matched to the fiber, then extract deeply to pull out dirt, allergens and mountain dust at the root. Spots get their own treatment, and the carpet is finished fast-dry and residue-free so it stays cleaner for longer.
It suits full-time residences, second homes that need to feel lived-in the day you arrive, and managed properties where first impressions matter.

In the mountains
What mountain carpet runs into
Boot salt and de-icer
Magnesium chloride from Colorado roads dries to a white film on entry carpet and stair treads. Extraction rinses it out of the fiber so it is not ground further in.
Fine trail dust
Dry summer dust is light enough to sift deep into the pile. It dulls color long before a carpet looks dirty.
Fireplace ash and smoke
Wood smoke leaves a gray cast and a lingering smell near the hearth. Pre-spray and extraction lift both.
Strong sun at altitude
Ultraviolet light is more intense up here. Clearing out abrasive grit helps sun-exposed fibers last.
The process
Five steps, every visit
The Deep-Fiber Care sequence adapts to the surface, but the order never changes.
Where are you? Carpet cleaning is available in Vail, Avon, Edwards, Eagle, Aspen & Snowmass and Summit County.
Pre-inspection
Fiber, pile and problem spots checked, so the treatment fits the room.
Eco-friendly pre-spray
Matched to the fiber, it loosens soil before anything is extracted.
Deep extraction
Dirt, allergens and mountain dust pulled from the base of the pile.
Spot and stain removal
Wine, coffee, pet accidents and mud each get targeted treatment.
Fast-dry, residue-free finish
No sticky film to attract new dirt, and rooms back in use sooner.
Questions
Carpet cleaning, answered
How often should carpet be cleaned in a mountain home?
Most full-time homes do well with a deep clean once or twice a year, plus spot work on entries during ski season. Rentals with frequent turnover usually need it more often. We can suggest a schedule after seeing the house.
Is the pre-spray safe around kids and pets?
We use an eco-friendly pre-spray and a residue-free finish. Mention pets or sensitivities when you book and we will plan the visit around them.
