Commercial carpet care in the Vail Valley
Offices, lodges, clubhouses and common areas, cleaned around your hours so nobody is working around a wet floor.
Commercial carpet care
How we approach it
Commercial carpet fails in lanes. Entries, corridors, the path from the door to the desk and the strip in front of the elevator carry nearly all the traffic, and they go flat and gray long before the rest of the floor looks tired.
We clean the whole floor instead of chasing lanes, because a cleaned lane in a dull field shows more than the soil did. Where a lane has worn rather than soiled, we will say so instead of selling another clean that cannot fix it.
Scheduling is the other half of the job. Early mornings, evenings, shoulder season and shutdown weeks all work, and fast-dry finishing puts the space back into use quickly.

In the mountains
Where commercial floors go wrong
Entry matting that is too short
It takes several strides to get grit off a boot. A short mat sends the rest straight onto the carpet.
Winter de-icer
Salt and magnesium chloride get walked in all season and dry to a white bloom across the first thirty feet.
Lane wear mistaken for soil
Once the fiber is abraded, cleaning will not bring the color back. Knowing the difference saves money.
Leaving it too long
Grit cuts fiber every time somebody walks on it. Regular cleaning is cheaper than early replacement.
The process
Five steps, every visit
The Deep-Fiber Care sequence adapts to the surface, but the order never changes.
Where are you? Commercial carpet care is available in Vail, Avon, Edwards, Eagle, Aspen & Snowmass and Summit County.
Pre-inspection
Fiber, pile and problem spots checked, so the treatment fits the room.
Eco-friendly pre-spray
Matched to the fiber, it loosens soil before anything is extracted.
Deep extraction
Dirt, allergens and mountain dust pulled from the base of the pile.
Spot and stain removal
Wine, coffee, pet accidents and mud each get targeted treatment.
Fast-dry, residue-free finish
No sticky film to attract new dirt, and rooms back in use sooner.
Questions
Commercial carpet care, answered
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. Evenings, early mornings, weekends and shoulder-season shutdowns are all normal for commercial work. Tell us the window and we will fit it.
Do you take maintenance schedules?
Yes. Regular visits cost less per clean and keep lanes from reaching the point where cleaning no longer helps. We will suggest a frequency after seeing the traffic.
How is commercial work quoted?
By walk-through, not by the square foot over the phone. Call or text (970) 333-0829 and we will come and scope it properly.
