Mountaintop Carpet Cleaning

Carpet care with a trained eye for the Vail Valley

Kate Weller brings a background in design to every room. She reads the fiber first, then picks the method to suit it.

The result: soft, fresh carpet, upholstery that keeps its color, and a house that feels ready when you walk in.

“I started this company with a simple mission: to bring dependability, design-level detail, and genuine care to Colorado’s most beautiful mountain homes.”

Total Home Refresh

Or take the whole house in one visit

Most homes get cleaned in pieces. The carpets one month, the sofa when somebody spills, the rug whenever it finally gets taken somewhere. The pieces never match and the room still feels half done.

A Total Home Refresh puts carpet, upholstery, rugs and hard surfaces into one coordinated visit, sequenced so nothing clean gets walked back over. You give up your day once.

How a visit works

Deep-Fiber Care, in five steps

The same careful sequence whether it is one guest room or the whole house.

Extraction reaches the base of the pile, where a vacuum cannot.
  1. Pre-inspection

Fiber, pile and problem spots checked, so the treatment fits the room.

  2. Eco-friendly pre-spray

Matched to the fiber, it loosens soil before anything is extracted.

  3. Deep extraction

Dirt, allergens and mountain dust pulled from the base of the pile.

  4. Spot and stain removal

Wine, coffee, pet accidents and mud each get targeted treatment.

  5. Fast-dry, residue-free finish

No sticky film to attract new dirt, and rooms back in use sooner.

Living at altitude

Ski boots, mud season, wood smoke and a full house every holiday week

Dry air, strong sun and trail grit all leave a mark. We clean with every one of them in mind.

Timing

When to book, season by season

A mountain year has its own rhythm, and your carpet feels every season of it.

  • December to April

    Ski season

Snowmelt, boot grit and road de-icer tracked across entries and stairs.

Spot treatment for entries and stairs between stays.

  • April and May

    Mud season

Lifts close, trails thaw, and paws and boots bring the mud inside.

A whole-home deep clean before summer guests.

  • June to August

    Summer

Open windows, trail dust and a steady stream of guests.

    Pre-arrival refreshes between bookings.

  • September to November

    Fall

The aspens turn, crowds thin, and there is time for the bigger jobs.

Upholstery and area rugs before ski season.

Second homes and rentals

For owners, property managers and realtors

Many homes sit empty for weeks, then fill up overnight. We work around that calendar.

  • Pre-arrival refresh. Carpet and upholstery freshened before anyone arrives.
  • Turnover cleaning. After high-season stays, when entries take the most wear.
  • Listing and staging. Fresh floors for photos and showings.
  • After a remodel. Fine dust cleared from carpet and furniture.

For homes with dogs, cats and muddy paws

We neutralize odor at its source and lift the stain without harming delicate fibers.

Questions

Good to know before you book

How much does carpet cleaning cost?

Every quote is custom, based on the size of your home, the surfaces involved and what they need. Call or text (970) 333-0829 with the rooms and pieces you have in mind and you will have a clear number before any work starts.

Can you come the same day?

Same-day appointments are available on request. Call rather than email for anything urgent, like a spill the night before guests arrive.

How long does carpet take to dry?

Our process finishes fast-dry and residue-free, and the dry mountain air helps. Drying still depends on the carpet, the room and the weather, so you get a realistic window before we leave.

Do you work with property managers and rentals?

Yes. Pre-arrival refreshes, turnovers after busy stays and recurring visits for managed homes are all part of what we do.

What forms of payment do you take?

Credit card, Venmo, check or cash.

What if I am not happy with the result?

Then the Love It or Leave It Guarantee applies: we come back to make it right, or your service is on us.
