Mattress cleaning in the Vail Valley
The one surface in the house nobody cleans, and the one you spend the most hours on. Extracted properly and dried fast, in your home.
Mattress cleaning
How we approach it
A mattress takes in sweat, skin, hair and whatever the air in the room carries, then holds it in a warm, closed place where dust mites do well. Washing the sheets never touches any of it.
We clean the mattress itself. A pre-treatment loosens body oils and staining, extraction pulls the soil out instead of pushing it deeper, and a fast-dry finish gets the bed usable again the same day.
It matters most in guest rooms that sit shut for months, in rentals where nobody knows who slept there last, and in any bedroom where someone keeps waking up congested.

In the mountains
Why people finally book it
Guest rooms that sit closed
Months of still air in a second home leaves a bed smelling musty long before it looks dirty.
Rental turnovers
Guests notice bedding. A protector hides a lot, but it does not hide odor.
Allergies at altitude
Dry air and dust already make nights harder up here. Pulling allergens out of the mattress is the cheapest thing you can change.
Accidents and illness
Treated at the source rather than masked, before it works its way into the foam.
The process
Five steps, every visit
The Deep-Fiber Care sequence adapts to the surface, but the order never changes.
Where are you? Mattress cleaning is available in Vail, Avon, Edwards, Eagle, Aspen & Snowmass and Summit County.
Pre-inspection
Fiber, pile and problem spots checked, so the treatment fits the room.
Eco-friendly pre-spray
Matched to the fiber, it loosens soil before anything is extracted.
Deep extraction
Dirt, allergens and mountain dust pulled from the base of the pile.
Spot and stain removal
Wine, coffee, pet accidents and mud each get targeted treatment.
Fast-dry, residue-free finish
No sticky film to attract new dirt, and rooms back in use sooner.
Questions
Mattress cleaning, answered
How long until the bed can be used?
Usually a few hours with airflow. We extract hard, so it comes up damp rather than wet, and you get a realistic window before we leave.
Can every mattress stain come out?
Most lift. Set-in staining that reached the foam, and anything already treated with a store-bought product, are the honest maybes. You will hear that at the bed, not afterwards.
Is it worth doing on a protected mattress?
If the protector went on from day one and never leaked, often not. If it went on later, or there has been an accident, the mattress underneath is usually worth doing.
