Book a cleaning
Tell us who you are and what the home needs. It takes about a minute, and you will see the minimum that applies before you confirm anything.
Booking
Three quick steps, no surprises
Booking minimums
- $495Private homeowners and realtors
- $295Property managers and current customers
The minimum is the lowest total for a visit, not the price of the job. Final cost depends on the rooms, pieces and condition we find.
Larger or more complex job?
Whole-house turnovers, post-renovation cleanups, multiple properties or anything with stone, silk or heavy damage is worth a conversation first. We will walk it, scope it properly and send a written proposal instead of guessing at a booking.
Before you book
Questions that come up at this step
Why is there a minimum at all?
We travel to you across mountain passes with a truck-mounted system, and a visit costs the same to set up whether it is one room or six. The minimum covers getting the van, the water, the equipment and the time to your door.

What if my job is smaller than the minimum?
The minimum is what you pay. Most people add a rug, a sofa or a set of stairs so the whole visit gets used, and we are happy to point out what is worth doing while we are there.
Why do property managers and current customers pay a lower minimum?
Repeat work is easier to route and schedule, so the saving gets passed along. If we have cleaned for you before, book at the lower minimum.
Is the price confirmed when I book?
No. Booking holds the visit. We confirm the scope at the door and give you a clear number before any work starts, so you always approve the price first.
Can I book more than one property?
Yes. Send them through together and note it in the details, or call and we will set up a route that saves you trips and time.
